We are TÅ· Annie Ltd, a local, family business that manages, markets and services holiday accommodation on behalf of busy Owners.
We understand the barriers in place when people are looking for work, such as childcare, or caring for a relative. The list of barriers is huge, and we want to help local people by offering them the opportunity to earn an income, or additional income with complete flexibility around when that happens, and freedom over how much or how little they want to earn.
The Cleaning Bank has been created to give local people the opportunity to work as much or as little as they like. Shifts are planned to fit around school hours (typically 10am - 3pm), and also where possible, evening shifts will be added to the mix to support those who want to work when their partner returns home from work, or perhaps to just earn additional income on top of their salary from a main job.
COST OF LIVING CRISIS
The current economical climate is no joke, we understand the increasing pressure to make ends meet, and believe that by working together, we can make life easier for so many local people. Finding additional income is so hard when you're already commited to a full time job, which is why the Cleaning Bank shifts are designed to also offer people additional hours during evenings and weekends, helping to give incomes a boost at a time when money is tight.
HOW DOES IT WORK?

If you decide you'd like to sign up to the Cleaning Bank, we will send you a link to a form to complete and might ask to meet you
We will add your details to our database
When shifts become available we will notify you
You reply to us to tell us if you'd like to take the shift
If you'd like to accept the shift, we'll send you the relevant documents and job details - simple!

TRAINING, QUALITY & STANDARDS
We pride ourselves on high standards in everything we do from customer service to cleanliness, so training will be provided.
WHERE WILL THE WORK TAKE PLACE?
Your place of work will be at local holiday lets, and occassionally at other locations to fulfill other cleaning contracts.
WHAT IF I CAN'T DRIVE?
We are very flexible and are happy to support a person who doesn't drive by arranging shifts to suit their location where possible.
RATE OF PAY
Different shifts will be assigned a unique value, which will be detailed on the shift offer.
HOLIDAY PAY
You will receive a holiday pay element in your payment for each work assignment completed.
