We exist to give holiday let owners with properties in West Wales peace of mind that their property and their guests are looked after by a reputable family business with big local values. Set up in 2021, the company quickly became trusted by owners to deliver excellence in the management of their holiday homes and has serviced thousands of happy guests staying at their properties. From marketing management, guest communication, cleaning and laundry, Ty Annie delivers a 360 degree service, meaning more time for owners to sit back and enjoy the returns.

"Hello! My name's Amy and I am the Managing Director of Ty Annie Ltd. I have almost a decade of experience in marketing holiday lets in West Wales online during my time working for a local booking agency, and since I launched Ty Annie in 2021. I'm a graduate of the Chartered Institute of Marketing where I studied Professional Marketing with a specialism in Digital Strategy.

When studying with the Chartered Institute of Marketing through University of Wales Trinity St David, I developed an interest in understanding customer needs from all angles, and decided I wanted to further explore the position of property owners. That brought me to realise that all owners have diverse needs, and very often need help to run their property successfully, for a range of reasons, such as not living in the area, or not having the contacts. I decided to do some management work for a couple of private clients and really enjoyed focussing on the visitor having the best experience and also enjoyed seeing the pressure this took off owners who had busy schedules or those who can relax if living away, knowing their property is in safe hands.

I have extensive knowledge of Cardigan Bay, being from Cardigan myself where I now live with my young family. Our daughter Anneka was born in January 2021 and this is where the name 'Ty Annie' comes from. We were also thrilled to welcome our second daughter, Elodie, in 2024. She’s already getting a head start on the family business, having been sat in on meetings and spending many of her early days napping in the office. It’s safe to say she’s already learning the ropes! We are a true family business and as well as myself, many of my family members are involved with helping me run our small business.

West Wales is beyond beautiful, it's a paradise for those looking to escape busy life and by creating positive experiences for visitors and owners, I believe it can do so much good for our little communities and create opportunities here for youngsters, which were certainly few and far between when I was growing up. I'm a truly local girl with big local values. I have previously worked on projects with the local authority and suppliers to enhance relationships in the local industry to encourage collaboration and I am very keen through Ty Annie to strengthen these relationships in order to deliver a 5 star, positive experience for guests staying in the properties we manage.

Our local values shine through what we do at Ty Annie from supporting local producers, businesses, working with other local providers and launching the Cleaning Bank Work Initiative for local people in January 2023. We also support local events and charities.
