Terms and Conditions:

  1. To enter, participants must join the mailing list on the Ty Annie Ltd website, follow @tyannieholidayletmanagement and @edgehousewales on Instagram, and tag 3 friends in the comments of the Instagram post.

  2. The £500 voucher must be redeemed for a holiday at Edge House, Aberporth, within 6 months of issue.

  3. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required.

  4. All bookings are subject to availability.

  5. A £500 refundable damages deposit is required at the time of booking, along with the balance payment for the stay.

  6. The voucher can be redeemed against the balance payment, which must be paid 6 weeks prior to the stay.

  7. A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to secure dates at the time of booking. New bookings only. No cash alternative. The booking start date must be no later than 28 September 2025. Bookings must be made through Ty Annie Ltd, and not booked online. Email info@tyannie.co.uk.

  8. The property can accommodate up to 8 guests.

  9. No children under the age of 6 are permitted.

  10. Up to 2 dogs are allowed free of charge.

  11. All bookings are subject to the house's standard terms and conditions, which will be provided upon booking.

  12. The voucher is courtesy of Ty Annie Ltd and is not affiliated with Meta (Instagram or Facebook).

  13. The closing date for entries is Friday 18th April at 1pm.

  14. The winner will be chosen at random and notified on Instagram with a tag on the post and a direct message (DM).

  15. If no reply is received within 48 hours using the instructions provided, another winner will be drawn.
